Cottages in Ireland don’t get any better than this. Situated a few miles from Skibbereen in a triangle of Ballydehob and Bantry this property is ideally located as a luxury base from which to explore West Cork.

This 150 year old stone house and stone barn are a temple to indulgence. We have raised the bar with this property. A beautiful collection of stone buildings making up Lassanroe Cottage and Barn.

The Barn is special. Spacious living area, cosy bedroom with bedroom bathtub – plus private outside hot-tub.

Downstairs:

• Kitchen (fully fitted)
• Huge lounge/dining area with SMART TV including Netflix and satellite TV (flat screen)
• Master bedroom with flat screen TV and gallery with bedroom bathtub under the stars
• Main bathroom with bath and shower.
• Wi-fi (subject to network accessibility)

Upstairs:

• Reading/relaxing gallery.

Outside:

• Private large decked area with private hot-tub  – separate to Lassanroe Cottage
• Enclosed courtyard.

Private hot-tub

For reasons of hygiene, we change the water in our hot-tubs from time to time (this is in addition to sanitising with chlorine before each guest arrival). This means that very occasionally the tub will not be up to temperature on the first day of arrival but will be fine by day two of your stay. This only apply to stays of two days or more.

Pricing

• • All rates are euros and are inclusive of VAT
• • Rates based on minimum 2 night stay based on two sharing.
• • There is a MINIMUM 2-NIGHT STAY in all cottages at weekends and at all times in the treehouses with the following exceptions: i) where bookings fall to leave single nights available these can be booked. ii) where there is a block of 3 available nights, a single night can be booked but not the middle night.
• • There is a minimum 2 night stay in all cottages for all dates in July, August and September with the same exceptions as above.
• • For one night stays there is a supplement of €30 to cover the cost of linen and cleaning which is usually spread over 2 nights.
• • Rates may change during public holidays, school holidays and certain prime dates.
